SECTION 1: DTC RETURNS — UNOPENED PRODUCTS

We accept returns of UNOPENED, UNUSED PRODUCTS within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

✅ FREE RETURN SHIPPING is provided for returns due to our error — wrong product shipped, packaging defect, or quality issue. Contact us and we’ll send a prepaid label.

SECTION 2: SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand behind every product we sell. If you try Hare of the Dog and are not satisfied for any reason — the taste, the results, anything — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. This may take the form of a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund at our discretion.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: We do not require you to return opened products to receive a satisfaction-based refund or replacement. We trust our customers. If something isn’t right, just tell us.

This guarantee is limited to one claim per household per 12-month period and is available on direct-to-consumer (DTC) orders only. It does not apply to wholesale orders.

SECTION 3: DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hareofthedoglife.com with:

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your preference. You will not be required to return damaged products. We cover all shipping costs for replacements on damaged or incorrect orders. This policy applies to both DTC and wholesale orders.

SECTION 4: HOW TO START A RETURN

STEP 1: CONTACT US FIRST

Email info@hareofthedoglife.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back without authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

STEP 2: RECEIVE YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION

We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number will be refused.

STEP 3: SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK

Pack the product securely in its original packaging where possible. Write your RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization email.

STEP 4: REFUND ISSUED

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when it’s processed.

SECTION 5: REFUND PROCESSING & TIMELINE

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds to a different card or account than was used for the original purchase.

  •  CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS: 5-10 business days after the refund is processed on our end. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
  • PAYPAL: 3-5 business days after processing.
  • SHOP PAY / BUY NOW PAY LATER: Per the terms of your financing provider. Contact the provider directly if you have questions about your specific plan.

      •   STORE CREDIT: Available immediately upon issuance. No expiration date.

If you do not see your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank, then contact us at info@hareofthedoglife.com and we will investigate promptly.

SECTION 6: SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing info@hareofthedoglife.com. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

ALREADY BILLED AND SHIPPED:

If your subscription order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the product is unused and unopened, you may return it under our standard 30-day return policy once you receive it.

BILLED BUT NOT YET SHIPPED:

If your order has been charged but not yet shipped, contact us immediately at info@hareofthedoglife.com and we will do our best to cancel and refund before the order ships.

NO LONG-TERM COMMITMENT:

There are no cancellation fees, no penalties, and no minimum subscription periods. Cancel anytime.

SECTION 7: WHOLESALE ORDER POLICY

ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

 We do not accept returns on wholesale orders except in the following circumstances:
