We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or substitute any product at any time without prior notice. In the event a product you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale without prior wholesale authorization, orders placed with inaccurate information, or orders that exceed reasonable purchase quantities.
Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by applicable law based on the shipping destination.
We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days for standard shipping, depending on destination.
Free shipping is included on all direct-to-consumer orders. Wholesale orders also ship free regardless of order size.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Our monthly subscription program delivers one 16-stick bag per month at the discounted subscription rate. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on your monthly renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at info@hareofthedoglife.com. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.
You may pause, skip, or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard with at least 48 hours’ notice before the next order date.
Subscription pricing is subject to change. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new rate applies.
Wholesale accounts are available to qualifying businesses including golf club pro shops, country clubs, restaurants, bars, and licensed retailers. Wholesale pricing and terms are outlined in our Wholesale Program documentation provided upon account approval.
All wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of 2 display boxes ($150.00). There is no maximum order quantity.
Wholesale customers are authorized to resell Hare of the Dog products at retail locations specified in their account application. Resale via online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) requires prior written authorization.
First orders require payment by credit card. Net 30 payment terms are available for established accounts in good standing. Accounts with overdue balances may have orders held until payment is received.
Hare of the Dog does not set or enforce minimum advertised prices for wholesale customers. Suggested retail pricing is provided as guidance only
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, brand identity, mascot characters, and the “Hare of the Dog” name and mark — is the property of Hare of the Dog, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Wholesale partners and authorized creator affiliates may use approved brand assets in accordance with the usage guidelines provided in their respective program agreements.
Our products and services are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hare of the Dog, LLC disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Hare of the Dog, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our products or services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
