We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- FULFILLMENT & LOGISTICS: We share your name, address, and order details with our logistics partner (Epic Logistics) and shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS) solely to fulfill your order.
- PAYMENT PROCESSING: Payment information is processed by our payment processor (Shopify Payments / Stripe). We do not store full card numbers or CVVs on our servers.
- EMAIL & MARKETING PLATFORMS: We use Klaviyo or similar email service providers to send transactional and marketing emails. Your email and purchase data may be shared with these providers under contractual data protection agreements.
- ANALYTICS: We use Google Analytics and similar tools to understand website traffic. This data is anonymized and aggregated where possible.
- LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hare of the Dog, our customers, or others.
- BUSINESS TRANSFER: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, track affiliate referrals, and analyze site usage. Types of cookies we use:
- ESSENTIAL COOKIES: Required for the website to function (shopping cart, login session, checkout process). Cannot be disabled.
- ANALYTICS COOKIES: Help us understand how visitors use our site (Google Analytics). You may opt out via browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out tool.

- AFFILIATE/CREATOR DATA: Retained for the duration of the affiliate relationship and 3 years thereafter for tax and commission record purposes.
